Our clients loved using their screened-in porch during the summer but wanted to utilize the space year-round. When it came time to replace their roof, they decided it was time to upgrade the screened-in porch. We installed a 4-track window system. Some of the biggest perks of a 4-track window system are that they’re shatterproof, have amazing ventilation, and are a very affordable option for expanding your living space. This couple really loved their outdoor living space but wanted to get more use out of the space. So, we replaced the screened-in porch that they have loved for years and replaced it with a 4-track window system sunroom. The 4-track window system allows for maximum airflow.

This sunroom was attached to the rear exterior of the home with a 4 track window system over an existing patio. The sunroom is a sandstone beige color. The structure is flush with the home has been sealed to ensure geckos can no longer gain entry into the home.
