The front porch of our client's home was beginning to deteriorate after years of weather exposure. To make the steps safer we built a new porch right over the top of the old one. We used TREX decking so that it would be maintenance-free and keep its curb appeal for years to come. 

Our clients were looking for a way to make their home remodeling feel cozier. They decided that they wanted to have a fireplace in the living room. After the fireplace itself was installed, Northern Craft Construction was brought in to create and construct the surrounding stacked stone and the custom built-in shelving on either side of the new fireplace. Matching the new trim going around the fireplace and built-ins to the existing trim in the living room makes it feel like the fireplace had been there from the beginning, when the home was built initially.

The pre-existing deck structure was reinforced to support the newly built screen room by adding cement to the Deck's footers and attaching the screen room to the home. Please visit the Photo Gallery to see how the project was accomplished.
