Our clients loved using their screened-in porch during the summer but wanted to utilize the space year-round. When it came time to replace their roof, they decided it was time to upgrade the screened-in porch. We installed a 4-track window system. Some of the biggest perks of a 4-track window system are that they’re shatterproof, have amazing ventilation, and are a very affordable option for expanding your living space. Another upgrade they wanted to make to their home was to extend the roof to cover the second-story porch. What is something you’ve been wanting to change about your home?

Our clients were happy with the layout of their kitchen but wanted a bit of a facelift. We completely gutted the entire kitchen and closed off the open space above the cabinets to give a cleaner finished look. Not only did we do the kitchen, but we also redid their hall bathroom.  

Our clients loved their family home but wanted a brighter feel. We renovated the kitchen, half bath, and laundry room, and created a little mudroom. The kitchen island is a huge piece of black hickory live edge. We changed to floors to a tile wood look.

Our clients wanted the wall removed between the formal living room and family room to create a more open feel. The wall in question was a load bearing wall but the clint did not want to see any type of beam. We were able to install the beam perfectly flush with the ceiling.
