The shower pan in our client's master bathroom shower was flaking. Even after having it resealed, the shower pan just kept peeling. So, our client decided to just redo the shower completely and take the new tile all the way up to the ceiling. We also added a little niche in the shower wall to store soaps and stuff.

DECK FACELIFT 

We built this deck 25 years ago and now they want a maintenance-free deck. She is tired of sealing the deck. 

We removed all the decking and railing as well as the deck band board trim. Installed new Trex decking and white vinyl railing. Built new raised panel band board trim out of Azeck PVC trim boards. Her deck is now maintenance free for another lifetime. 

This homeowner has been a long-time client of Northerncraft and has had several projects completed on their home over the years. In the past, we have done their roofing, windows, and decking. For this particular project, the homeowner wanted to accommodate a live-in nurse so that she may remain in her home while receiving her care. Therefore, her existing 1/2 bathroom and unfinished basement must be updated to a finished basement with a full bathroom to accommodate her nurse's living needs. This project was recently finished and the homeowner was pleased with the solution Northerncraft was able to provide. 

With limited space in the existing master bathroom, our clients wanted to expand their bathroom into the guest room across the hall. We installed a freestanding tub and a walk-in shower where the closet was for the guest room. One of the biggest things our client wanted was LED vanity mirrors.

Jill was happy with the layout of her master bathroom but wanted a full renovation. We installed a double vanity with makeup station, a glass, marble tile and granite shower, and a beautiful freestanding tub.
