Before
This is the wall between the kitchen and dining room before it was brought down to a half wall and turned into a little breakfast bar.

Before
You can see how little space there is with the existing floor plan.

After
Now you can see right thru where the wall once was blocking off the kitchen from the dining room creating a much more open space.

After
This beautiful built-in was previously in the kitchen, but we took it apart piece by piece, labeling each one of them so that we could rebuild the built-ins her grandfather made her in the upstairs hallway.

After
Not only were we able to install a small breakfast bar we were also able to put it on an island!
