Our client was looking to make her new house feel more like home, so she reached out to Northern Craft Construction for a fireplace facelift. This is one of the first things we proposed, of many, to warm up the living area. Adding Trim and shiplap above the fireplace really added some drama to the living room.

Our clients wanted the wall removed between the formal living room and family room to create a more open feel. The wall in question was a load bearing wall but the clint did not want to see any type of beam. We were able to install the beam perfectly flush with the ceiling.
