Challenge
Dave and his wife were preparing to redo the deck off the back of their house. When they began to do so they realized the wood had been rotten and that the door was leaking.
Solution
During our time there we were able to locate where the leak had actually been coming from. There was a joint where the siding meets part of the roof line and there was no kick-out flashing so the water was getting behind the siding and leaking down in thru the back door. We went in and sealed off the joint to help prevent any further rot.
