Frank and robin loved hanging out on their back porch during the summer months but were unable to utilize the space any other time of year. Before starting work on their New 3 Seasons room, we had to remove the existing porch roof and structural posts. Our clients decided to go with a TEMO sunroom structure. There are many benefits to choosing a TEMO sunroom, a couple of them being they can be built in a fraction of the time and at a much more reasonable cost. The glass used is TEMO’s tempered HPG 2000 glass which is four times stronger than annealed glass. They are going to be using the space to display Franks train collection and Robin is looking forward to having a space for her plants. To make the space suitable for warmer and colder months we added separate heating and air conditioning units. We wanted to warm the space up by adding warm colored floors and lighting fixtures around the room.

Outside of the new 3 seasons room
We love the clean look that the all-white exterior gives.
The New 3 seasons room
We felt by adding a medium dark grey floor t would help warm up the space.
