Photo Album: Patio door replacement and rot repair
Dave and his wife were preparing to redo the deck off the back of their house. When they began to do so they realized the wood had been rotten and that the door was leaking. While replacing the door, header, and deck we were able to locate where the leak had been coming from. It was caused by a joint where the siding meets the roof. It hadn't been properly sealed off.

We replaced the decking, and the leaky back door, and replaced the header above the back door. we were able to remove the header without having to replace any drywall in the house.
